That second goal was special. It was the 500th club and country goal of Kane in his senior career. An accomplishment that is seldom achieved by many players. Kane went on to refer to it as the pay-off of the years of hard work and commitment. He even gave an inkling that he is not over yet.
Bayern is in total control of the game. Through the occasional assertion of his resistance, Bremen never threatened in any real sense. Bayern stayed calm and collected after the break. The outcome was closed by Leon Goretzka in the 70 th minute through a well taken finish.
It created a minor worry when Manuel Neuer was replaced during the half-time with a calf problem. Nevertheless, Bayern officials denied that it was anything more than a precaution.
